Welcome to my personal site! I'm Dias Gotama, Program Manager in AzureCAT(Customer Advisory Team). I'm a tech and cloud enthusiast who live in rainy Seattle aka the capital of Cloud Computing.

Outside of tech, I love watching football (Hala Madrid!) and exploring the beatiful nature of Pacific Northwest (when it's not raining).

Tech topics I'm familiar with: Cloud Computing, DevOps, Web Development, Ruby on Rails, Data Analytics and Engineering.

    Microsoft - Azure Engineering / Redmond, WA / March 2016 - Current

    My role is to understand the Azure customers' requirements, scenarios, and engineering feedbacks. I use the data gathered from the customers to provide feedbacks to the engineering teams that build the product

  • Service Engineer

    Microsoft - CloudMS Org / Redmond, WA / Jun 2015 - Mar 2016

    Data engineering, analytics, and PowerBI. I worked in the organization that runs server and cloud infrastructure for Internal Microsoft. This role taught me how data is really essential in making business decision.

  • Operations Engineer Intern

    Microsoft - CloudMS Org / Redmond, WA / Jun 2013 - Sep 2013

    Internship at Microsoft. I developed a Windows Phone app and the underlying back-end cloud service for my org. The app is used to keep track of the server compliance score using DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunity) methodology.

    Worked in Startup of 5 people. I was part of the business development team and developed the product as well. I learned how to develop a product and understanding users' requirement and business development through this position.

    I worked in SAP America's Data Center as a Data Center Operator for the first half of my co-op and Manager for the other half. I learned both operational and management aspects of a world-class data center.

    Siemens / Malvern, PA / Sep 2010 - Mar 2011

    I worked as a System Analyst for Siemens Healthcare. My team was responsible for setting up and troubleshooting the dev and test environments which was Windows Server. I learned and practiced real world SDLC through this position.

    Bachelor of Science in IT from Drexel University - College of Computing and Informatics. I was the Vice President of Upsilon Pi Epsilon (Honor Society for Computing Studies) and TechServ (student organization that fix old computers then donate it to non profits).
